We have financial counselors on-site to help you:

• Design an interest-free payment plan you can afford
• Identify and apply for available state and federal assistance, like the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
• Apply for funds through 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Financial Assistance Program
• Determine Medicaid eligibility and assist with Medicaid enrollment

91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Financial Assistance Program

If you can’t afford private health insurance, and you don’t qualify for state or federal government health care programs, you might be eligible for 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´-funded financial assistance. It’s our policy to provide care, either at a discounted rate or at no charge, for those patients who participate in the 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Financial Assistance Program (NFAP). NFAP plan not only applies to hospital charges, but also applies to physician services as well.

Medicaid is the largest health insurer in the United States, providing coverage for a full range of medical services for eligible children and families. Each state determines its own benefit packages and eligibility requirements based on the state’s needs and federal guidelines.

Medicaid provides all medically necessary care for children including primary, specialty and emergent care.

This includes:

• Doctor visits
• Hospital visits
• Well-baby visits
• Well-child visits and treatments
• Immunizations
• Dental care
