As soon as possible,Ìýset up your 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Children's MyChart account and device. You can do this now to make logging in easy on the day of your visit.
Preparing for Your Video Visit
How do I create a 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Children's MyChart account?
1. Download the app. Go to the or . Search for 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ and download the 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Children's MyChart app. If using a computer, go to .
2. Create an account.ÌýIf you have used the 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ app in the past, just log in with your existing username and password. If not, simply select "Sign Up Now" and follow the steps.
3. Verify email. For your security, you will need to open an email from 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ and verify your email address. If you can't find the email, check your junk/spam mail folders.
Note: If you are a patient 18 years or older, you must create your own 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Children's MyChart account using your own email address before having a video visit. This is to protect your privacy.

How do I add a child?
1. Log in to 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Children's MyChart.
2. Select Add a Child. This option is available under the Menu (top left corner).
3. Follow the prompts and fill in information.
Note: To protect the child's Personal Health Information, access may be delayed pending review by 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´.

What if I forgot my password?
1. From the 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Children's MyChart log in page, select Forgot password.
2.ÌýFill in the requested information.
3. Check your email and follow the prompts.
Tip: If you can't find the email, check your junk/spam mail folders.
On the Day of Your Visit
15 minutesÌýbefore your scheduled appointment time:
1. Sign in to your 91ÖÆƬ³§ÔÚÏß¿´ Children's MyChart account.
2.ÌýSwitch to your child's name from the top right corner.
3.ÌýSelect theÌýVisitsÌýicon. (Also available within the Menu in the top left corner).
4.ÌýLocate your child's appointment.
5.ÌýUse the Join Visit or Details button to proceed.
Tip: It is important that you complete Get Ready which includes the previsit tasks and documents needed.Ìý

Tips for your visit:
- Have your child present for the visit
- Don’t drive or walk during the visit
- Have your visit from home or a private location to protect your privacy
- Check that your Wi-Fi or cellular signal is strong and stable
- Be sure the room is quiet and well-lit so the doctor can see and hear you
- Don’t eat during the visit
- Give your full attention
- Tell the doctor if you need a note for school or work
